Introducing the 2024-25 National Leaders of Color Fellows!

Fifty-five participants from across the country selected for transformative leadership development experience.

The US Regional Arts Organizations are excited to announce the 2024-25 cohort of the National Leaders of Color Fellowship program! This year, 55 phenomenal leaders from across the nation will embark on a transformative eight-month leadership development experience designed to spark change and amplify multicultural perspectives in the creative and cultural sectors.

Curated by Creative West in partnership with the five US Regional Arts Organizations (Arts MidwestMid-America Arts AllianceMid Atlantic ArtsNew England Foundation for the Arts, and South Arts), this program is a true collaboration across regions. Fully virtual and no-cost, the fellowship offers participants the chance to connect with industry experts, expand their leadership toolkit with anti-racist and culturally-oriented practices, and grow a nationwide network of changemakers.

But the impact doesn’t stop there. After completing the program, fellows will continue driving transformation in their communities as active alumni—serving as advisors, funding panelists, and collaborators with their regional arts organizations. These leaders represent a wave of innovation, honoring heritage while fostering equitable futures through their work in the arts.

Congratulations to the 2024-25 National Leaders of Color Fellows!
